INFORMATION REGARDING ADMISSION

1. ADMISSION: Admission are open to nursery class falling within the age group within 3 and 4 on 1^st april of the academic year and a corresponding scale of age for the higher class. ( LKG, UKG, class 1 & above )
2. NURSERY: Registration forms will normally be made available at the school office for a period which will be notified on the school notice board. The Registration form should be returned to the office duly filled by the specified date as notified on the notice board.

   • Baptism Certificate ( Christians)
   • An affidavit based on the original birth certificate
   • Two latest passport -size photographs
   • One photograph of child with parents ( postcard size)
5.  On the date and time specified, on the slip provided on submission of application form, the parents along with the child will meet the principal for an informal interaction.
6. Those who are selected will be informed to complete the admission formalities at the office.
7. OTHER CLASSES: generally, there are no admission to other classes as children from lower classes are promoted to the higher classes. However, if some vacancies arise because of withdrawals, then opportunity is provided to all those who would like to seek admission to the higher classes.

      PROCEDURE :

1. Application should be made on a plain paper accompanied by a copy of the final report card of the school last attended.
2. If there are vacancies in any class the same will be indicated on the school notice board.
3. Only those whose apply for a particular class which has the vacancy will be asked to appear for an admission test/ interview.
4. The principal reserves the right to admit or refuse admission to anybody at any time without assigning any reason for the same.
5. TRANSFER CERTIFICATE: no admission can be done unless a TC from recognized school is submitted. Those who are coming from outside Uttar Pradesh should have their TC countersigned by the competent education authority of that state. In no case a students will be considered for a higher class than the one stated in the transfer certificate. The principal reserves the right on what condition a student will be admitted to the school.
6. The very condition for admission is that parents/guardians comply stricty with the school rules and regulations, co- operate with the school for the welfare of the institution and give sufficient time and care for the wards even after the admission is over. They need to remind themselves that it is a joint venture of the school and parents with regard to grooming of the children.
7. The date of birth once entered will not be changed. The parents/guardians will have to sig an undertaking to this effect( Cir. No. 110/7-1 (5) 1081-82 dated 15^th October, 1981 of the Inspector of Anglo Indian school, Lucknow).

                                                               SCHOOL FEES

1. School fees will be paid in six installments and the exact dates for the fees to be paid at will be notified to you.
2. No fees will be accepted in cash. Online fee will be received at either by QR code or to the A/c no from UPI.
3. If the fee are not paid as the due date are mentioned in the fee structure, the name of the defaulter may be struck off the register and if the parents desire to continue their ward in the school then, the parents have to go through a new the admission formalities.
4. Irrespective of the time of admission, fee are payable for the whole academic year. No exemption or deduction in fees will be made on account of broken periods.
5. Late fee is Rs. 100/- There is no excuse for late fee.
6. If the fees are not deposited by the end of the date as mentioned above, the name of the defaulter may be struck off the register.
7. In case, die to unavoidable situation you are nor able to deposit by due date, you have to meet the principal personally and request for the extension of time. However no excused for late fee. Extension is for two installments only.
8. Regarding re-admission the principal’s decision will be final.
